Ivy Farm is a non-smoking establishment
A booking is a legally binding contract. A non returnable deposit of £45 is required on booking. The balance is payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Please give us as much notice as possible – at least 7 days before arrival, then we have a chance to re -let the room. In the event of a booking being cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, then the full amount is due. Please check you have the appropriate insurance.
